Since Friday I have been relaxing, eating, drinking and been merry. Not much has happened so not too much at all to report. However, yesterday I went to replenish food supplies and I just got to the supermarket (appx. 800 metres from my house) when I realised I left my purse at home. Well, my gammy leg made an audible protest but back home we walked, got the purse and then right back to the supermarket.
This morning I went to Tooting to get my good black leather belt fixed (the staple broke when I was out with the Laydeeez). The nice young chap fixed like the pro he is and all is good in my world again.
Tomorrow it is back to work, but only 10.00 - 16.00 and on Friday we finish at 14.00. For tonight I will continue the leisurly existence with a few glasses of white vino along with my dinner.
