Doing my bit

In the news there has been speculation if the engineers can or cannot fix the problems of over population of this planet.

"Each year the number of people in the world is due to rise by 75million - equivalent to the entire population of the UK.

Most of the growth will be in the African continent, which is following in the industrial footsteps of Asia, and in cities."




Religion, ignorance, poverty and sadly vanity and are main culprits in my opinion. As I see it, by not having children I am doing my bit for this earth.

Mind you, as an effort it is only a mere drop in the ocean like recycling whilst heavy industry in certain countries is killing us faster than we can say global warming. One can but try and I am glad I won't be here to see the planet exploding after dying simply because we broke it. So there!
